My floral adventure with Botanicals began over five years ago now here in Yorkshire. However, my passion for all things floral began many, many years ago as a young child wandering through my Grandparent’s rose garden, spending summer days making daisy chains and rose petal potions, whilst growing the tallest sunflowers. I have always loved Mother Nature and the great outdoors.

Interestingly, a tarot card reader once said to me that I would spend a lot of time in the garden. Little did I know that I would be working from my garden workshop every single day with a little helping hand from Yorkshire tea on the chilliest of days of course. I feel so lucky and I feel like it’s always meant to be!

Having my home-based workshop allows me to work my floral magic with my little family around me at the same time. I have three children who love to be involved in everything I am doing, and they just love to learn about all things floral. I also have a very eager 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, especially when the pheasant feathers are around!

I take great pleasure in meeting so many newly engaged couples, listening to their unique stories and hearing all about their wedding plans. I just love people and I love weddings! The majority of our couples hear about Botanicals through recommendation and I genuinely believe picking the right florist is such an important decision.
